Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced AI, autonomy, computer vision, and sensor fusion. The company's Lattice OS platform turns thousands of data streams into real-time 3D command and control centers for military operations. The Deployments/Sustainment team is responsible for fielding Anduril's products to customers, spanning logistics, field operations, product operations, training, site installation, observability, incident triage, maintenance, repairs, and technical documentation. This team works across Program Management, Engineering, Mission Operations, and Deployments to ensure customer and mission success. As a Staff Program Manager on the Sustainment team, you will spearhead large-scale, high-impact projects from definition through implementation. You will take ambiguous, undefined problems and provide structure and extreme ownership across sustainment functions including Product Operations, Training, and Deployments. You will work with senior leaders across diverse stakeholder groups to achieve strategic objectives. Key responsibilities: - Manage delivery and implementation of software tooling for Sustainment capabilities across the enterprise - Take extreme ownership of projects from definition to solution and implementation, handling ambiguous, messy problems with minimal prescription - Work on strategic problems, providing structure and shepherding cross-functional stakeholder groups toward decisions on strategic issues - Identify organizational gaps and problems through tactical-level understanding of team operations, then build consensus and resources to solve them - Leverage large amounts of collected data to create insights that drive business decisions - Execute ad hoc projects with internal and cross-functional teams supporting critical operational and financial decision-making This role requires someone passionate about ground-breaking technology, national security missions, and executing high-leverage strategic initiatives alongside professionals spanning diverse disciplines. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years as cross-functional leader in hardware, software, or peopleware organizations - Demonstrated experience as a self-starter, able to find and resolve issues independently - Extreme ownership and strong aptitude for problem-solving in unstructured situations (analysis, solution planning, execution) - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interface with key stakeholders and all management levels - Analytical rigor and first-principles thinking; resistance to prevailing narratives in favor of unbiased approaches to hard data - Mastery in developing and implementing workflows, achieving outcomes, and operational effectiveness - Must be able to obtain and hold a US security clearance PREFERRED: - Familiarity with US military, hardware/software interfaces, and product operations
