Okta is seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy for Okta Device Access, a strategic product portfolio at the intersection of identity, endpoint experiences, and security. This role owns positioning, messaging, product launches, field enablement, and lifecycle adoption for a sophisticated product that extends identity security to device sign-in, helping organizations strengthen device-login security, simplify onboarding, and enable seamless, secure access from device to applications across Windows and macOS environments. Key responsibilities include developing end-to-end go-to-market and lifecycle marketing strategy; creating differentiated narratives around passwordless, phishing-resistant device access; translating complex identity and authentication capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and field plays; leading cross-functional launch planning and execution; building adoption programs to drive FastPass (Okta's passwordless authenticator) adoption and address deployment friction; partnering with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap and commercialization decisions; enabling Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and partners with messaging and tools; and defining success metrics across adoption, activation, field readiness, and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic, technically credible product marketer with 8+ years of B2B enterprise product marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity, identity, endpoint management, or enterprise software. You should demonstrate proven experience owning GTM strategy for complex technical products from positioning through sustained adoption, exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills, proven cross-functional leadership, and strong analytical orientation. Preferred qualifications include experience in identity and access management, authentication, passwordless or phishing-resistant access, endpoint security, zero trust, MDM/UEM, marketing Windows/macOS enterprise capabilities, and building adoption motions for products with meaningful deployment and change-management components.
