Linktree is seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, narrative, and go-to-market strategy for its business products—SMB tools and Workspaces, a multi-profile, multi-seat platform for teams, agencies, and brands. This is a strategic staff-level role that combines hands-on execution with function-shaping leadership. You will own the complete positioning and storytelling for Linktree's business suite, developing differentiated narratives that resonate with entrepreneurs, local businesses, agencies, and enterprise brands. You'll identify high-leverage acquisition and free-to-paid conversion moments, partnering with CRM, lifecycle, and data teams to move customers from trial to habitual paid use and seat expansion. You'll develop self-serve education assets—one-pagers, demo narratives, comparison guides—that help businesses understand and choose Linktree. You'll shape business product strategy by building research-backed personas for each segment, influencing roadmap priorities with user demand and competitive intelligence, and establishing frameworks for feature evaluation and tier differentiation. You'll lead end-to-end go-to-market for business-focused launches, defining strategy across audience segmentation, channels, messaging, and success metrics, then holding cross-functional teams accountable. You'll maintain competitive and market intelligence across the link-in-bio, multi-profile management, and adjacent productivity/agency workflow landscapes, synthesizing insights into positioning updates and strategic recommendations. You'll serve as connective tissue across product, growth, brand, and community teams, ensuring business messaging is consistent and mutually reinforcing, and supporting localization for global expansion. This role requires 8+ years in product marketing with meaningful B2B, SMB, or multi-seat product experience. You'll bring a track record of leading complex GTM launches and driving measurable outcomes across acquisition, activation, and retention. You understand how businesses buy—longer cycles, multi-stakeholder dynamics, ROI clarity—and have built segment personas that actually shape decisions. You're a confident strategic voice comfortable pushing back on product direction and advocating for your segment. You connect product and marketing performance data to positioning decisions and roadmap influence, and you lead effectively across functions.
