Faire is a B2B wholesale marketplace connecting independent retailers globally with suppliers and brands. This Staff Product Manager role owns the strategy and execution of Faire's incentives ecosystem—including the Insider membership program, seasonal sales, spend challenges, and future benefits initiatives. You will set the long-term direction for how these programs evolve and build a prioritized, financially grounded roadmap. Key responsibilities include orchestrating today's programs into a seamless, unified experience for retailers and brands; owning the return on every incentive dollar by thinking in unit economics, cost per outcome, and payback periods; and developing targeting capabilities that deliver the right incentive to the right customer at the right time. You'll partner deeply across Finance, Legal, Data Science, Design, and Engineering—leading without authority and keeping complex, multi-stakeholder work moving. You'll communicate clearly at every level, translating unit economics and P&L trade-offs for both engineering partners and senior leadership, and drive sprint-level execution with crisp requirements. This is a high-visibility role working on business-critical drivers at Faire, with the agency to ship, test, and learn quickly. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one flex day), with flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks annually. **Requirements:** - 7+ years of product management experience with demonstrated ability to own complex, cross-functional products end to end - Proven track record building and shipping products designed around incentives, benefits, or loyalty programs - Business equation fluency: comfortable thinking in unit economics, modeling product viability against cost of capital, and identifying structural advantages - Strategic clarity with hands-on execution: ability to develop defensible multi-year strategies, write crisp PRDs, drive sprint-level execution, and unblock teams - Deep customer and business model empathy, particularly understanding how retailers and brands operate - Cross-functional influence across Finance, Risk, Legal, Data Science, and Engineering with a track record of aligning diverse stakeholders while maintaining momentum - Structured problem-solving approach: breaking ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, diagnosing root causes, and avoiding mistaking activity for progress - High learning velocity and ability to build deep market understanding between retailers and brands - Proven ability to influence at the executive level and communicate complex topics with clarity and conviction - B2B marketplace experience strongly preferred, particularly familiarity with two-sided dynamics and competing customer objectives
