EcoVadis, the leading provider of business sustainability ratings, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of their Strategic Use Cases end-to-end. This is a builder role focused on high-agency ownership—from identifying customer problems and data requirements through prototyping, roadmap development, and market launch.
You will set and drive the aligned vision for your assigned use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience), understanding both technical requirements and competitive landscape. You'll engage directly with buyers, program owners, and co-development accounts to validate problems and solutions firsthand. A key differentiator: you'll prototype with AI tools before committing engineering resources, using AI to move at a different speed and demonstrate possibilities through working demos rather than descriptions.
You'll work alongside senior engineers and product experts to unblock builds, collaborate across multiple product areas and squads, and partner with Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams on go-to-market execution. You own defining success metrics, holding the team accountable to them, and making clear persist/pivot/stop decisions.
The role requires an AI-native way of working—not aspirational but already embedded in how you operate. You'll reconstruct core PM workflows around AI: configuring agents with product context and personas, writing machine-testable acceptance criteria, and building reusable workflows for your squad. At the highest level, you shift from feature author to outcome orchestrator, concentrating on strategic trade-offs while AI agents handle more discovery and synthesis.
You're a generalist builder who moves fluidly between strategy, data, prototyping, and GTM. You're customer-obsessed, biased toward speed, comfortable making reversible decisions with incomplete information, and mission-driven to help guide companies toward sustainability.
Requirements:
- Typically 10+ years of experience with a track record owning meaningful product areas end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS, with demonstrable business and customer outcomes
- Technical fluency to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) without waiting for engineering validation
- AI-native way of working already embedded in your operations, not an aspiration
- Comfort operating in regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains—or demonstrated curiosity and speed to learn quickly
- Sharp problem framing and communication skills; you walk into rooms with recommendations, not open questions, and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design
- Fluent in English as the primary working language
