EcoVadis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of their strategic use cases end-to-end—from customer problem identification through data requirements, prototyping, roadmap development, and market launch. This is a builder role focused on high-agency ownership of outcomes, not coordination or output metrics.
You will set and drive the aligned vision for your assigned use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience), understanding both the technical requirements and competitive landscape. You'll engage directly with buyers, program owners, and co-development accounts to validate problems and solutions firsthand. A core part of your approach is prototyping with AI tools—using LLM APIs and lightweight services to test assumptions before committing engineering resources. You'll work alongside senior engineers and product experts to unblock builds, collaborate across multiple product areas and squads, and partner with go-to-market teams on launch strategy.
You'll define success metrics, hold the team accountable to them, and make clear persist/pivot/stop decisions. The role requires comfort operating in a regulated, data-rich sustainability and risk domain, managing scope shared with other squads, and moving decisively with incomplete information.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Typically 10+ years of experience, including a track record owning a meaningful product area end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS with demonstrable business and customer outcomes
- Technical fluency to build: ability to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) without waiting for engineering validation
- AI-native way of working already embedded in your operations, not aspirational
- Comfort or demonstrated ability to operate quickly in regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains
- Sharp problem framing and communication skills; you bring recommendations, not open questions, and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design
- Fluent in English as the primary working language
