EcoVadis, a leading provider of business sustainability ratings, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of their strategic use cases end-to-end. This is a builder role focused on high-agency ownership across customer problem definition, data requirements, prototyping, roadmap development, and market launch. You will work alongside senior engineers and product experts to define ambitious visions and launch innovative products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete vision for your assigned use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience), defining customer experience, identifying gaps, and sequencing from parity to market leadership.
- Conduct deep market research to understand technical requirements, competitive landscape, and how customers currently solve related problems.
- Engage directly with buyers, program owners, and co-development accounts to validate problems and solutions firsthand.
- Prototype using AI tools to build working demos and test assumptions before committing engineering resources.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple product areas and squads to unblock and drive builds forward.
- Partner with Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams on go-to-market execution.
- Define success metrics, hold the team accountable, and lead clear persist/pivot/stop decisions.
You are a generalist builder who moves fluidly between strategy, data, prototyping, and GTM. You operate as an AI-native PM—not just using AI for one-off tasks, but reconstructing core PM workflows around AI agents, machine-testable acceptance criteria, and reusable workflows. You are customer-obsessed, biased toward speed, comfortable with incomplete information, and mission-driven to help companies move toward sustainability.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with a track record of owning meaningful product areas end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS, with demonstrable business and customer outcomes.
- Technical fluency to prototype independently using AI tooling, LLM APIs, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) without waiting for engineering validation.
- AI-native way of working already embedded in your operating model, not aspirational.
- Comfort operating in regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains—or demonstrated ability to learn quickly in these spaces.
- Sharp problem framing and communication skills; you enter rooms with recommendations, not open questions, and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design teams.
- Fluent English (primary working language).
