EcoVadis, the leading provider of business sustainability ratings, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of their Strategic Use Cases end-to-end. This is a builder role focused on high-agency ownership from customer problem identification through prototype, roadmap, launch, and market outcomes.
You will set and drive the aligned vision for your assigned use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience), understanding both the customer experience and competitive landscape. You'll engage directly with buyers and co-development accounts to validate problems and solutions firsthand, using AI prototyping tools to build working demos and test assumptions before committing engineering resources.
Key responsibilities include: owning the end-to-end vision for your use case; understanding technical requirements and competitive positioning; spending real time with customers to validate problems; prototyping with AI tools to demonstrate possibilities; working alongside engineering to unblock and drive builds forward across multiple product areas; partnering with Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams on go-to-market execution; and defining success measures while making clear persist/pivot/stop decisions.
This role requires a generalist builder mentality—someone who moves fluidly between strategy, data, prototyping, and GTM. You should be AI-native in your operating model, reconstructing core PM workflows around AI agents, machine-testable acceptance criteria, and reusable workflows. You're customer-obsessed, biased toward speed, comfortable making reversible decisions with incomplete information, and mission-driven around sustainability.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Typically 10+ years of experience with a track record owning meaningful product areas end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS, with demonstrable business and customer outcomes
- Technical fluency to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and scripting languages (Python/JavaScript or equivalent) without waiting for engineering validation
- AI-native way of working already embedded in your operating model, not aspirational
- Comfort operating in regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains—or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Sharp problem framing and communication skills; you bring recommendations, not open questions, and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design
- Fluent English (primary working language)
