Plaid is building the largest cash flow-based Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) in the US to deliver lending solutions across the full lender lifecycle—underwriting, verification, and servicing. As Staff Product Manager for the CRA Network team, you will own and accelerate growth of the Plaid Check CRA network, driving the number of consumers who permission their financial data for lending use cases.
You will drive credit initiatives across Plaid's broader network, owning the consumer consent UX experience with focus on conversion and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include building trust through the CRA consumer experience, advocating for product prioritization across the organization, and ensuring a robust experience for consumers to interact with the CRA and understand the value of sharing cash flow data with lenders.
This role requires 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record building and owning lending products at a fintech company. You should have deep expertise in growth products, particularly network-based products, and a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end lending process from acquisition through originations to servicing. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders are essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with bureau or alternative bureau products, working with consumer-permissioned data, and founder experience.
