You will become the go-to industry expert on contract collaboration, editing, versioning, and review workflows. You'll deeply understand users through continuous research and feedback loops, often better than they understand themselves. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering closely with design and engineering to push boundaries of simplicity and extensibility in both UI and backend architecture - Defining and analyzing key metrics that inform product prioritization - Ensuring every decision delivers measurable impact through data-driven analysis - Conducting user research and technical requirements gathering - Designing software A/B testing and experimentation frameworks - Contributing to technical documentation and API development strategy The ideal candidate brings quantitative data analysis expertise, strong prioritization and trade-off analysis skills, and fluency in software architecture design. You should have experience with technical project management, user experience design, and software lifecycle management. A background in API development and technical training is valuable.
