Frontera is reimagining behavioral healthcare for children with autism and other behavioral health needs by combining world-class clinicians, technologists, and autism specialists to build cutting-edge AI tools. The company operates its own clinics alongside a HIPAA-compliant platform designed for behavioral health teams including psychologists and ABA therapists. As Staff Product Manager, you will lead the expansion of Frontera's proven agentic care models from internal clinics into a repeatable, sellable B2B product for enterprise and provider partners. This is a foundational role building the B2B product management function from the ground up. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the B2B product roadmap: translating agentic care workflows proven in Frontera's clinics into a generalized, packaged product for external providers - Defining and driving B2B packaging and business model strategy to turn platform capability into a clear, sellable offering - Protecting a core sequencing discipline in partnership with the vertical product team: proving workflows in the clinic before generalizing to the platform - Shaping how Frontera's proprietary clinical dataset and unified data model translate into product value and differentiation - Partnering directly with Engineering and AI/ML leadership to keep product and technical roadmaps coherent as the agent architecture scales - Acting as a clarity-and-alignment point between Sales, Clinical, and Engineering when priorities conflict, surfacing tradeoffs explicitly - Defining requirements for human-in-the-loop approval/return and confidence/override experiences alongside design - Building B2B product management processes, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional alignment mechanisms Required: 8+ years of product management experience including meaningful time at staff level owning complex B2B roadmaps; demonstrated track record generalizing something proven in a narrow context into a repeatable product sold more broadly; experience in regulated, trust-sensitive categories like healthcare or fintech; ability to partner directly with Engineering and ML/AI teams to translate technical capability into shippable product value; strong written and verbal communication to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales without formal authority. Preferred: Experience with agentic or AI-native product patterns (human-in-the-loop approval, confidence scoring, override flows); background in healthcare, behavioral health, or provider-facing enterprise software; experience standing up a new product line inside an already-shipping company. The role requires systems thinking, high ownership in ambiguity, and genuine enthusiasm for active cross-functional partnership.
