The People Business Partner Team serves as strategic advisors to leadership, bringing strong business judgment and HR expertise to complex organizational challenges in a fast-moving environment. As a Staff People Business Partner, you will partner with Engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and outcomes. Your responsibilities include advising on complex people and organizational challenges spanning org design, workforce planning, performance management, change management, and employee relations. You will coach and influence leaders to build high-performing teams and navigate difficult decisions with clarity and empathy.
You will translate business needs and insights into practical solutions, programs, and actions that drive meaningful impact. Clear communication of complex issues and recommendations is essential, enabling leaders to make informed decisions. This role requires deep HR expertise and the ability to operate strategically while remaining grounded in practical execution.
You bring over 10 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated proficiency across the full spectrum of HR processes. You have a proven track record of success in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are skilled at coaching and collaborating to develop inclusive, high-performing teams and leaders through empathy and partnership. You have experience implementing and scaling people programs that drive employee engagement and professional development, and you apply data-driven insights to continuously optimize people strategies and outcomes.
