Salary: USD 166,500 - 291,400 / annual

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own strategy and execution across U.S. Public Sector cloud platforms, including regulated ServiceNow-hosted environments (GCC, NSC), self-hosted and partner-operated Private Stack deployments, and emerging sovereign offerings. In this individual-contributor role, you will define how the ServiceNow platform operates across isolated, customer-managed, and partner-hosted environments, setting cross-domain strategy and driving parity with commercial cloud while meeting stringent compliance, security, and sovereignty requirements. You will shape market point of view for regulated public sector, own multi-quarter strategy and roadmap, and directly influence the broader ServiceNow Platform roadmap to serve this specialized customer segment. You will operate at the intersection of platform architecture, compliance, and go-to-market, leading multi-team and multi-VP programs and aligning engineering, security, GTM, legal, and partner ecosystems. Reporting into the Regulated Markets & Public Sector product organization, you will be a key member driving growth of ServiceNow's public sector business. Key responsibilities include: - Own cross-domain product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across U.S. public sector cloud portfolio, balancing parity, compliance-driven capabilities, and platform scalability - Shape market point of view for regulated public sector, anticipating parity blockers and validating federal, DoD, and SLED nuances (ATO, boundary, connectivity) - Define scalable compliance and security patterns with legal, compliance, OCISO, and security teams, anticipating NIST/TLS/CMMC deltas - Partner with engineering to set architecture direction across deployment models (ServiceNow-hosted, customer-managed, partner-hosted, disconnected/air-gapped), containerization, and security/identity/connectivity approaches - Industrialize release patterns for regulated GA—planning SCR bundles, aligning QE/SRE gates, resolving cross-team blockers, implementing operational metrics - Lead multi-team and multi-VP programs, influencing OCISO, legal, and infrastructure leadership to unblock delivery - Design GTM motions with Legal and enable field—positioning, FAQs, RFP responses, architecture guidance, playbooks—to reduce sales friction - Own data-driven prioritization: balance capacity, cost, and revenue with scenario planning; tie investment to NNACV; drive business cases and New Market Entry analysis - Standardize specification and communication templates; set documentation bar for regulated offerings; monitor competitive intelligence Requirements: - 8+ years of B2B product management experience in platform or cloud infrastructure - Experience with enterprise software, cloud architectures, or deployment platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS models) - Proven ability to set strategy and lead cross-functional, multi-team initiatives in complex, ambiguous, dynamic environments - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving - U.S. Citizenship and located within the United States Preferred qualifications: - Deep knowledge of sovereign cloud/regulated environments and self-hosted or customer-managed deployments - Familiarity with compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, CJIS, IL4/IL5, NIST, FIPS) - Experience with Kubernetes/containerization strategies and partner ecosystem models (MSP, sovereign operators) - Experience working with U.S. federal government and broader public sector - Strong executive communication and stakeholder-alignment skills, with premium for precision and clarity of language
