ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the product roadmap and execution for AI Specialist evaluation and quality standards—specifically the "hill climbing" methodology that tests AI agents against real customer environments, identifies failures, and drives iterative improvements. In this role, you will: • Own and scale the hill climbing product roadmap across ServiceNow's priority AI Specialists and beyond, establishing it as a core capability. • Run a customer instance program in partnership with business units and product teams, expanding access to real customer environments so every AI Specialist is tested in production contexts. • Dramatically reduce feedback loops—converting the time from shipping a change to receiving a clear, actionable quality verdict from weeks down to days. • Partner with specialist product teams to convert evaluation findings into prioritized fixes, staying engaged until those fixes ship and impact is measured. • Productize the hill climbing methodology itself: build tools, guides, and defaults that enable other teams to run rigorous evaluation and improvement cycles independently, without heavy reliance on your team's hands-on support. • Align product, engineering, and business stakeholders behind a unified plan and maintain momentum across competing priorities. This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of AI quality, enterprise workflow automation, and organizational scaling. You'll directly influence how ServiceNow's AI agents are evaluated and improved, with impact across the Fortune 500 customer base. Requirements: • 9+ years of work experience, including product management on AI or ML products in production environments. • Demonstrated experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (e.g., using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on functions or industries). • Proven track record owning a product roadmap and scaling a product from one team to many. • Hands-on experience running fast improvement loops on ML or LLM systems, from experiments and error analysis through to prioritized fixes that shipped. • Experience taking a process that required expert support and transforming it into a tool or method other teams can use independently. • Ability to align product, engineering, and business teams behind one plan and maintain execution momentum. • Experience with agentic AI, enterprise workflow software, or the ServiceNow platform is preferred.
