Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform, enabling users to trade on real-world outcomes across politics, economics, sports, and culture. With $21B traded in 2025, the company is scaling rapidly and positioning itself as a trusted source of market-based probabilities on future events.
You will own the growth engineering function at the organizational level, responsible for the entire new user acquisition funnel from first touch to first trade. This is a full-stack role with end-to-end ownership: you will design and iterate on onboarding flows, KYC integrations, ad-driven funnel surfaces, and activation features. The mandate is clear—reduce friction, measure impact, and ship without waiting for work to be parceled across teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the new user onboarding experience, from account creation through KYC completion, with focus on activation rates and drop-off reduction
- Building ad-driven funnel surfaces that route external campaign traffic into relevant market pages
- Shipping fullstack features end-to-end: frontend UI, backend services, and third-party integrations
- Using product analytics to identify friction points and running experiments to validate solutions
- Making architectural decisions within your domain independently and reviewing code for the growth team
- Coordinating across engineering teams to unblock dependencies and align stakeholders
- Mentoring less senior engineers and raising the technical bar through feedback and guidance
You will work closely with product, data, and other engineering teams in a mission-driven structure. Growth at Polymarket is fundamentally an engineering problem, not a marketing one. You are expected to drive autonomously, identify what is broken in the funnel, and propose solutions without waiting for fully specced tickets or top-down direction.
