CesiumAstro is seeking a Staff FPGA Verification Engineer to provide technical leadership for the verification of FPGA-based hardware solutions used in satellites, spacecraft, UAVs, launch vehicles, and other aerospace platforms. In this role, you will establish FPGA verification methodologies, resolve complex engineering challenges, and advance FPGA solutions that improve product performance, reliability, and mission success.
You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional startup environment focused on developing cutting-edge communication systems for space and airborne platforms. This is a hands-on position that combines individual technical contribution with technical leadership responsibilities. You will mentor engineers, guide verification strategy, and contribute directly to product development initiatives.
The role requires deep expertise in FPGA verification, including testbench development, simulation, formal verification, and hardware-software integration. You will collaborate across hardware, software, and systems teams to ensure robust verification coverage and early detection of design issues. Your work will directly impact mission-critical systems where reliability and performance are paramount.
