You will drive the design and delivery of features for Reltio's Context Intelligence Platform, a cloud-native SaaS solution that harmonizes and unifies fragmented enterprise data to enable AI agents and systems to operate at scale.
In this role, you will own significant technical scope across the Master Data Management (MDM) platform, working cross-functionally with product managers, QA, DevOps, and documentation teams. You will provide thought and execution leadership on feature design, present architectural initiatives to a global forum of architects, and champion engineering excellence across your team.
Key responsibilities include: collaborating with PMs to build product roadmaps with clear KPIs; driving feature design and development with high quality and customer focus; mentoring junior engineers and raising the bar on code coverage and coding standards; managing ambiguity in complex distributed systems problems; and ensuring robust testing, deployment, and documentation strategies.

A strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software design is essential. You should have proven experience leading engineering projects, providing technical mentorship, and driving customer adoption.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with NoSQL databases (Cassandra), queue services (SQS), Kubernetes, big data technologies, cloud security principles, and a track record of customer-focused SaaS product development.
