You will own the strategy and performance of multichannel demand generation campaigns driving pipeline across EMEA. This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of regional growth, where you'll be accountable for pipeline outcomes, not just campaign execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing multichannel campaigns (email, digital, events, content) that drive qualified pipeline across Europe
- Rolling out global campaigns accurately in region while supplementing with local, topical campaigns and outbound plays
- Tailoring messaging and campaigns to resonate across different personas, industries, and channels
- Partnering with sales and regional teams to ensure localized buyer experiences
- Evolving the go-to-market approach for EMEA based on performance data and market insights
- Managing campaign performance metrics and reporting on pipeline impact
You'll need 5+ years of demand generation experience delivering multi-channel campaigns with direct impact on pipeline and revenue. French or German language fluency is required to support campaign reviews for core regions. Strong analytical skills, marketing automation platform expertise, and experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software are expected. You should be comfortable owning strategy while executing tactically, and have a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
