JumpCloud is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to architect and execute machine learning solutions at scale. This is a hands-on technical role focused on developing large language models (LLMs), building the AI stack, and automating complex data analytics workflows. You will combine deep expertise in classical machine learning with practical experience in building AI agents and systems that transform business decision-making and analytics delivery.
As a Staff-level individual contributor, you will have company-wide technical scope and influence over ML/AI strategy and execution. You'll work on JumpCloud's applied-AI journey, helping the company consolidate identity, device, and access management through intelligent, secure IT solutions that scale from human users to autonomous AI agents.
