Docker seeks a Senior Marketing GTM Analytics Manager to serve as the strategic analytics partner to the Marketing organization and cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on connecting customer, campaign, product usage, and revenue data to drive conversion improvements, investment prioritization, and pipeline acceleration.
Key responsibilities include owning lead and account funnel analytics (conversion, velocity, quality, cohort performance); defining trusted attribution and ROI methodologies for marketing programs including co-marketing and marketing-funded incentives; developing targeting and measurement models for inside sales and product-led growth motions; building account intelligence and scoring for account-based marketing and expansion; leading analytical narratives for QBRs and operating reviews; designing experiments and measurement plans to identify which programs should scale, change, or stop; and building scalable datasets, dashboards, and quality controls in partnership with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and Data teams.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of marketing, growth, revenue, or GTM analytics experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. Required skills include advanced SQL, expertise with customer/campaign/product usage/CRM data and cloud warehouses, strong knowledge of demand generation, funnel measurement, attribution, experimentation, account-based marketing, and pipeline economics. Salesforce experience is strongly preferred. The role requires the ability to independently structure complex problems, deliver defensible recommendations, build scalable dashboards and data products, communicate effectively with executives, and operate as a strategic, hands-on individual contributor.
First 30 days focus on ramping on Salesforce, Snowflake, Sigma, and existing reporting; understanding marketing programs and funnel definitions; building cross-functional relationships; and identifying gaps in reporting and data quality. Days 30-60 involve taking ownership of core marketing reporting, improving dashboards, establishing support models with Field Marketing, and analyzing funnel conversion and campaign performance. By day 90, the role delivers executive-ready marketing reporting, provides actionable insights into funnel and pipeline performance, delivers priority analyses (e.g., Field Marketing ROI, ABM targeting), and recommends measurement improvements.
