Multiverse is Europe's first EdTech double unicorn, valued at $2.1bn, with a mission to upskill the workforce for the AI era. The company partners with 1,500+ organizations to deliver transformative learning programs, with learners generating $2bn+ ROI for employers.
You'll join the AI Transformation team, a small, high-velocity squad rebuilding how Multiverse operates function-by-function and establishing AI-first practices across the organization. This team is also building a product to take to market as a transformation partner for customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Owning the architecture of Multiverse's agentic platform: multi-agent coordination and orchestration, handoff protocols, task decomposition, context strategy, and evaluation frameworks that shape what's possible for human and AI teams.
- Shipping production AI systems end-to-end: designing, coding, reviewing, and ensuring quality of systems that reach production.
- Building evaluation and quality infrastructure: designing automated eval pipelines, human-in-the-loop review systems, regression testing for prompt changes, and domain-specific metrics.
- Owning the integration layer: APIs, MCPs, data contracts, and tooling that makes existing Multiverse systems agent-accessible.
- Setting technical direction: breaking down ambiguous problems into shippable work, making architectural decisions, and raising the bar through code, documentation, and pairing.
You'll work in a flat, fast-moving structure with cross-functional collaboration, bias toward action, and a focus on fun. The role requires deep production AI agent engineering experience, technical leadership capability, product mindset, full-stack delivery skills, and strong communication across technical and executive audiences. Fluency in AI-assisted development is essential.
