ScyllaDB is seeking a GTM Engineer to build AI-driven Go-To-Market infrastructure and automation systems. You will work closely with the GTM Engineering Lead to modernize sales operations through intelligent tooling, autonomous agents, and LLM-powered workflows. In this role, you'll identify high-leverage opportunities to automate manual workflows across Marketing and Sales teams using large language models, autonomous agents, and modern API integrations. You'll translate strategic growth initiatives into functional, AI-powered internal tools that remove friction and accelerate revenue processes. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and building custom data pipelines and automations that empower SDR and Marketing teams to work smarter and faster - Owning the full development lifecycle of internal growth tools—from conception and testing through production deployment and iteration - Partnering with Finance, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders to ensure AI deployments are scalable, secure, and measurably improve conversion rates - Experimenting with cutting-edge LLMs, autonomous agents, and APIs to destroy operational friction - Establishing ROI models and best practices for new AI-driven processes across the organization This is not a traditional SalesOps role focused on Salesforce field updates. Instead, you'll be an AI developer building tools that give Sales and Marketing teams superpowers. You'll have the freedom to experiment with modern AI technologies and see your work directly impact revenue acceleration. The role requires strong programming skills, familiarity with LLMs and autonomous agent frameworks, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
