Aqua Security is seeking a Tech Lead to join the server team responsible for developing and maintaining the management console—a multi-component system handling background jobs, large-scale data processing, REST APIs, and web-based UI. This role involves full-stack development across the application, including SQL queries, business logic, background processes, REST APIs, and frontend interfaces.
The management console is a critical component of Aqua's container and cloud-native security platform, deployed across thousands of customer environments globally. You will work on systems serving large technology companies, banks, government agencies, and multinational enterprises.
The platform is primarily built in Go with VueJS for the web UI, runs extensively on Linux (with Windows and Mac support), and leverages open-source components. The architecture includes on-premise installations, SaaS components, and CI/CD integrations.
As a Tech Lead, you will guide the technical direction of the server team, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on to feature development. You'll work with a distributed system designed to secure other distributed systems in the container ecosystem.
This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad with a minimum 4-day weekly office presence (Monday–Thursday).
