As a Senior Technical Writer at Coupa, you will own the end-to-end documentation strategy for high-complexity product areas and cross-functional initiatives. You'll work with intricate technical workflows, read technical design documents, and interview subject matter experts to create scalable, modular documentation using DITA frameworks.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Transforming complex system behaviors into clear, topic-based content that drives user success and product adoption
- Strategically leveraging AI tools with strict verification loops to accelerate documentation delivery while maintaining quality standards
- Acting as a strategic partner to Product Managers and Engineering leaders, negotiating priorities and identifying content gaps that cause user friction
- Contributing to release verification and signoff procedures
- Mentoring peer writers and elevating team-wide authoring practices
- Serving as a bridge between complex technical architecture and seamless customer experience
