ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy as the company scales toward $10B+ in revenue. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant influence across organizational boundaries.
In this role, you will:
- Own product strategy and vision, setting the company up for scaled growth
- Communicate product priorities and build consensus across stakeholders
- Act as an accountable owner committed to outcomes regardless of organizational silos
- Partner with multiple teams to guide projects through development and deliver high-quality products
- Integrate usability studies, market research, and customer insights into product requirements
- Translate complex problems into clear, actionable requirements and solutions
- Develop multi-mode communications tailored to different audiences
- Lead cross-functional efforts and influence both within and outside your immediate team
- Coach and mentor employees at lower levels

REQUIREMENTS:
- 12+ years of software product management experience
- Demonstrated experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Strong prioritization skills with discipline to focus on high-impact activities
- Proven ability to define and capture product requirements and transform them into product roadmaps
- Deep curiosity about customer needs with a track record of building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Experience driving solution development through big-picture thinking
- Ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels
