Heidi Health is building an AI Care Partner platform for clinicians, having grown from $1M to $50M ARR in two years and recently raised $340M (Series C led by Blackbird, plus $240M growth investment from General Catalyst). The platform has processed 175 million patient visits, supported 67 million clinical hours, and now handles 2.8 million patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries in 110 languages and 200+ specialties. You'll join the Product Growth team to develop the mechanics that convert Heidi users into advocates. Growth at Heidi focuses on deeply understanding why users love the product and strengthening that connection at every touchpoint, not on metric hacks or dark patterns. You'll work across the full funnel—distribution, virality, activation, and monetization—while building analytical rigor and product intuition. Key responsibilities: - Define strategy and approach for your growth pod (Distribution, Engagement, Monetization, or First Time Experience) - Develop a clear vision of Heidi's future state and identify obstacles to achieving it - Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship quickly and measure rigorously - Analyze user behavior to uncover friction points and opportunities across the user journey - Run experiments to improve key metrics: signup conversion, week-two retention, feature adoption, self-serve revenue - Evangelize work through customer stories, dashboards, and impact communication The company culture emphasizes building for the next decade (not next quarter), leading proactively, following evidence while prioritizing patient outcomes over metrics, owning outcomes end-to-end, shipping and iterating rapidly, and understanding clinicians' real-world workflows (not idealized ones). Heidi values sustainable performance and mental health, operates on outcomes over inputs, and offers significant equity alongside competitive benefits. Requirements: - Comfort with ambiguity; ability to form considered hypotheses and execute with conviction - Excellent design thinking and appreciation for how nuance drives product success - Intellectual curiosity and obsessive learning mindset about user behavior and product influence - Strong bias for action; preference for shipping imperfect solutions and learning over endless debate - Founder mindset with high agency, holistic business thinking, and resistance to single-metric optimization - Strong analytical skills with comfort using data, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making - Clear written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex analysis into actionable insights - Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or high-growth startups
