Okta, the world's identity company, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Analyst to join the Technology Data and Intelligence (TDI) team. This role focuses on scaling internal systems with emphasis on security and reliability, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions to drive operational success.
You will leverage deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud to partner with go-to-market teams and uncover data-driven efficiencies. Key responsibilities include:
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and challenges, translating them into actionable user stories. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Salesforce CPQ Configuration: Implement solutions aligned with business needs, including product and price rule configuration and advanced approvals.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with developers and administrators to design and implement enhancements and customizations. Deliver Salesforce CPQ and platform updates as a core team member responsible for design, development, testing, and release of strategic projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Deal Desk, Partner Ops, Order Management, Pricing and Packaging, and Sales Ops to design, implement, and enhance the CPQ platform for Direct and Channel Sales teams.
• Data Management & Reporting: Ensure Salesforce data integrity and accuracy. Create and maintain reports and dashboards providing insights into key performance metrics.
• System Integrations: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other organizational systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to organizational security policies and industry regulations.
• Documentation: Author and maintain end-to-end User Journey Maps, updating system documentation to reflect AI-driven automations and human-in-the-loop decision points.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Expertise:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, specifically connecting CRM platforms with product-led systems and cross-functional tools
• Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from initial conception and configuration through launch and post-deployment support
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist credentials highly preferred
Strategic & Analytical Skills:
• Strong problem-solving mindset focused on continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
• Solid understanding of AI solutions and their application in enhancing analytical workflows and data insights
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions
