Salary: USD 132,000 - 181,500 / annual
Okta's Technology, Data and Intelligence (TDI) team is seeking a Staff Product Analyst to serve as the functional expert optimizing end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) processes. Reporting to the Director of Finance Technology, you will drive the functional architecture, configuration, and continuous optimization of key financial systems while translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Accounting stakeholders to analyze, refine, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions within Okta's S2P ecosystem.
- Drive the functional architecture, configuration, and optimization of key financial systems (Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, Kyriba) while mapping end-to-end data flows and automated banking file transfers.
- Lead cross-functional project execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and post-implementation support for critical finance technology initiatives.
- Establish robust system controls, audit trails, and data governance standards for SOX compliance, while designing and building GenAI and MCP integrations with financial systems.
You will be the functional expert steering the end-to-end transformation of Okta's core procurement and financial operations, directly managing complex system releases and vendor relationships in a high-growth SaaS environment. Requirements:
- 8+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Analyst focused on solutioning, analysis, and design
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
- Deep domain knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes (e-procurement, invoice processing, treasury operations)
- Hands-on functional expertise with core systems: Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, and Kyriba Pay
- Strong capabilities in process mapping, executive stakeholder management, and upfront program scoping
- Proficiency in data mapping, API-based integrations, multi-currency accounting logic, and flat-file banking formats (BAI2, ISO 20022)
- Solid understanding of SOX controls and financial security best practices
Desirable Skills:
- Working experience with GenAI and MCP on cloud platforms like AWS
- Certifications in Coupa, NetSuite, Treasury (CTP, PMI-PBA, CBAP)
