Heidi Health is building an AI Care Partner platform for clinicians, having scaled from $1M to $50M ARR in two years and now supporting 2.8 million patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries. The company recently raised $340M (Series C led by Blackbird plus $240M growth investment from General Catalyst) to expand its mission of doubling the world's capacity for care. As Senior Product Manager, Growth, you'll lead one of four growth pods (Distribution, Engagement, Monetisation, or First Time Experience) and own the mechanics that convert Heidi users into advocates. This is not about metric hacks or dark patterns—it's about deeply understanding why clinicians love the product and strengthening that connection at every touchpoint. Key responsibilities: - Define strategy and approach for your assigned growth pod - Develop a clear vision of Heidi's future state and identify obstacles to achieving it - Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship quickly and measure rigorously - Analyse user behaviour to uncover friction points and opportunities across the entire user journey - Run experiments to improve key metrics: signup conversion, week-two retention, feature adoption, and self-serve revenue - Evangelize your work through customer stories, dashboards, and impact communication You'll gain reps across the full funnel—from distribution and virality to activation and monetisation—while developing the analytical rigour and product intuition that defines great PMs. Heidi's culture emphasizes building for the next decade, not the next quarter. The team operates with high agency, ships imperfect solutions to learn quickly, and treats patient outcomes as the ultimate north star. You'll work alongside medicos, engineers, builders, and designers who've felt the real friction of modern healthcare systems. Requirements: - Comfort with ambiguity; you form considered hypotheses through deep thinking and have conviction to see them through - Excellent design thinking; you know what great products look like and appreciate how nuance determines success - Intellectual curiosity and obsessive learner mindset; you seek to understand user behaviour and how products influence it - Strong bias for action; you'd rather ship something imperfect and learn than debate endlessly - Founder mindset; you operate with high agency, think holistically about the business, and don't optimize for single metrics in isolation - Strong analytical skills with comfort using data, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making - Clear written and verbal communication; ability to distil complex analysis into actionable insights - Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or high-growth startups
