ServiceNow is seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Product Manager to own the developer experience, ecosystem, and AI skills strategy for the Lux Framework—an AI-native platform that brings together any AI, any data, and any workflow. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep technical credibility, cross-functional influence, and the ability to evangelize and build community around developer-centric AI capabilities. You will own the end-to-end developer experience for Lux Framework, from onboarding to mastery, defining the developer ecosystem vision and establishing developer experience principles and standards. You'll define the strategic AI skills portfolio, set priorities and roadmap for skill development based on developer needs and market opportunity, and own the evaluation framework and quality standards for all AI skills. This role requires leading collaboration across Product, Engineering, Research, Design, and Go-to-Market teams, driving alignment on developer experience priorities and escalating blockers at leadership level. You'll be the face of Lux to the developer community—authentic, credible, and accessible—planning and executing evangelism programs including podcasts, webinars, demos, workshops, and conferences. You'll engage with developer communities, identify and partner with developer advocates and influencers, and create content that resonates with developers. You'll own the developer-focused go-to-market strategy for new Lux features and AI skills, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and expansion. You'll define success metrics and KPIs, drive velocity and speed to market, and establish feedback loops to quickly validate and iterate on features. Maintaining hands-on technical knowledge of Lux, AI models, and developer workflows is essential; you'll challenge Engineering and Research with ambitious but achievable goals and identify emerging trends in AI-assisted development. The role involves serving as a team lead and coaching employees at lower levels, representing ServiceNow's perspective on the evolving AI developer tools landscape. REQUIREMENTS: - 12+ years of overall software product management experience with specific experience in developer-facing products or ecosystems - Prior experience and background with hands-on software development - Deep expertise in developer tools, APIs, IDEs, developer platforms, or similar categories - Proven track record shipping multiple products that developers love - Experience with AI/ML products - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving - Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with influence - Strong communication and evangelism skills—comfortable presenting to developers and executives alike - Strong prioritization skills and discipline to focus on high-impact activities - Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap - Deep curiosity about customer needs and track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions - Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development - Ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels
