ServiceNow is seeking a Monetization Strategy Manager to drive transformational change in how the company monetizes its business. This is a strategic role—not an operational or analytics seat—focused on informing commercial strategy at one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies. In this position, you will: - Drive C-Suite sponsored monetization initiatives to deliver meaningful top-line growth - Serve as a bridge between the Product Pricing Team and Deal Desk Team, defining commercial principles and guardrails - Work cross-functionally across product, GTM, and operations to ensure monetization strategies align with the corporate pricing and packaging roadmap - Transform key insights into actionable recommendations and communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders and senior executive leadership - Sit alongside Field and cross-functional leaders to challenge assumptions, synthesize market signals, and translate complexity into clear recommendations for the Pricing Committee Your work will impact ServiceNow's complete portfolio and commercial motion. As the portfolio evolves and new innovations come to market, you'll help shape how customers experience value and how the business grows. This role requires someone who can think strategically about pricing as a lever for growth, not just a back-office function. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology industry across pricing, consulting, business operations, and/or product strategy - 2+ years of strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar professional services experience (preferred) - Effective influencing and communication skills; highly effective at securing cross-functional buy-in from senior executives and leaders - Exceptional analytical skills to structure problems, take a hypothesis-driven approach, complete sound analysis, and contextualize findings to drive change - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry)
