Bastion provides regulated infrastructure for stablecoins, combining custodial wallets, global payment orchestration, and stablecoin issuance. The company operates through its own regulated entities with compliance and risk controls built into the platform.
You will own the Shared Services vertical—the foundational capabilities that every other product area at Bastion depends on. This is a high-leverage individual contributor role with real ownership from day one. You'll turn ambiguous, compliance-heavy problems into clear, sequenced, shippable work. You'll own the roadmap, requirements, compliance checkpoints, quality bar, and stakeholder communication for a vertical that gates customer commitments across the platform.
Shared Services sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and compliance. Much of the work centers on the controls and obligations that make stablecoin infrastructure trustworthy: identity and due-diligence flows, third-party risk controls, regulatory reporting, and policies governing how money moves.
In your first 30 days, you'll map the Shared Services surface area, meet cross-functional partners, take ownership of compliance-critical workstreams, stand up a triage cadence, and ship visible progress on at least one customer-gating milestone. By 90 days, you'll own the roadmap end-to-end, run a predictable operating rhythm, drive requirements across concurrent regulated workstreams, and keep stakeholders current on status and risks. By 180 days, you'll sustain delivery with consistent quality, build instrumentation for repeatable prioritization and compliance tracking, institutionalize practices, anticipate regulatory obligations, and reduce recurring load on Engineering.
Key challenges include turning open-ended compliance obligations into clear product work, sequencing a heavily loaded vertical, reasoning about stablecoin infrastructure to make sound tradeoffs, maintaining reliable triage under shifting workload, and creating clarity from ambiguity when obligations are incomplete or customer needs conflict.
The role may be up-leveled to Senior PM depending on candidate qualifications and interview performance. The company is open to candidates anywhere in the United States, with an advantage for those in or willing to relocate/travel often to New York City.

- Ability to contribute in the first week and reach full productivity by month three

- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, compliance, GTM)
