Wiz is a fast-growing cloud and AI security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. As a Senior Solutions Engineer based in the greater Tokyo area, you will be the technical trusted advisor for our strategic enterprise customers in Japan, reporting to the Manager of Solutions Engineering.
You will partner directly with regional account executives to drive technical leadership and help customers maximize value from the Wiz platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your responsibilities include delivering world-class technical presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and product demonstrations to C-level executives at enterprise customers. You will design and execute proof-of-value engagements, helping customers plan in-depth test plans to validate the platform in their environments.
You will stay current with product features, industry developments, and cloud security trends while representing Wiz at technical forums, trade shows, and industry events. The role requires up to 50% travel and a deep commitment to technical sales excellence.
You bring mastered experience in the technical sales process, with a track record of delivering solutions to enterprise customers. You have hands-on expertise in cloud security, AWS/Azure/GCP platforms, network engineering, operating systems, virtual machines, and containers. You understand risk-based security assessments, cloud identity and access management, and are familiar with CSPM tools. Experience with SaaS, CI/CD processes, and Infrastructure as Code is a plus. You must have legal right to work in Japan without visa sponsorship.
