As a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will develop top-tier SaaS solutions that enhance efficiency and accountability in government agencies. You'll be a crucial member of the engineering team, leading the delivery of new features and improvements in a fast-paced, agile environment using modern technologies including ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and NodeJS.
Key responsibilities include collaborating across the organization to translate business priorities into shipped features; generating clean, efficient, well-documented software following industry best practices; providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure resilient, scalable SaaS applications; collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications; troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues; mentoring and guiding junior engineers; driving continuous improvement of development processes and operational excellence; and cultivating customer empathy to ensure solutions exceed expectations.
You will need 8+ years of experience developing highly scalable cloud-native applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and NodeJS. Deep experience building on Azure or AWS with modern CI/CD and DevOps practices is required. Prior experience with observability tools like Grafana, event-driven architecture, API integration, and working across the full stack (frontend + backend) is essential. Experience with AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation is valued. A BA/BS in computer science or equivalent is required. You should thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and have demonstrated experience working with customers to improve product experiences.
