Coupa Software is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join its Red Team, a critical function responsible for strengthening the company's security posture through adversarial testing and simulated real-world attacks. The role is hands-on and technical, focusing on executing security programs and tools to protect Coupa's cloud infrastructure serving a growing global customer base of 10M+ buyers and suppliers.
In this position, you will:
- Design and execute red team exercises and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in Coupa's systems
- Develop and deploy security tools and automation to simulate real-world attack scenarios
- Collaborate with security and engineering teams to validate findings and drive remediation
- Stay current with emerging threats, attack techniques, and defensive technologies
- Document findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve security controls
- Mentor junior security engineers and contribute to security culture across the organization
