The Enterprise Systems team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to maintain, enhance, and scale Salesforce instances and processes across the organization. This role will directly impact system performance, security, and business process effectiveness by collaborating with teams across Lyra Health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce configurations and customizations
- Enhancing existing Salesforce instances to support organizational scaling
- Ensuring system security, performance, and reliability
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Contributing to the Enterprise Systems team's strategic initiatives
