DocuSign is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst to join the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) Sales Strategy & Operations team. This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Sales Strategy and Operations and serves as a trusted partner to regional sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use SQL (Snowflake) and Salesforce to build and refine datasets powering reporting and key initiatives; identify trends and resolve data quality issues
- Break down complex sales, operational, and go-to-market challenges into structured, solvable components
- Analyze operating metrics, pipeline, and sales performance data to develop clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders
- Support key planning initiatives including territory design, market segmentation, quota setting, and headcount allocation across APJ
- Distill complex analytical findings into intuitive presentations and executive updates for cross-functional partners and regional sales leaders
- Build collaborative relationships across Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, Finance, and Global Operations to align teams around shared strategic goals
- Identify operational bottlenecks and explore new ways to streamline processes and reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in sales strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with data analysis (Excel, financial modeling, quantitative analysis) to identify trends and support decisions
- Strong ability to structure complex problems using logic and structured reasoning
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; ability to explain technical findings in clear, simple terms
- Active listening and proven ability to build trusting relationships across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL/Snowflake and Salesforce CRM
- Prior experience in B2B GTM strategy, especially SaaS
- Genuine eagerness to learn new business models, domains, and tools quickly
- Ability to apply emerging technologies like AI to deliver both routine and non-routine work with increasing autonomy
The role is hybrid with a minimum 2 days per week in-office requirement at the North Sydney location.
