Rubrik is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to support the Healthcare vertical across the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas (TOLA) region. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and business guidance to the regional Healthcare sales team, working with Strategic Healthcare accounts to drive pipeline generation, customer demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
You will serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for Rubrik's data resilience and cyber recovery solutions, architecting integrated technology solutions that address customer requirements in backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics. Your responsibilities include leading technical sales calls, making presentations to both technical staff and senior management, qualifying opportunities based on technical requirements and competitive landscape, and overseeing day-to-day account-level activities alongside Account Executives.
The role requires deep technical knowledge of cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery solutions, and data analytics platforms. You will demonstrate expertise in distributed architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings in the SAN product space. You'll build strong relationships with account teams, partners, and customers while leveraging corporate resources to support sales objectives.
This is a high-impact position for someone with 5+ years of sales engineering experience, preferably in software or data center environments. You should be driven, entrepreneurial, and thrive in fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will exceed sales quotas through innovative technical programs and pipeline generation, while maintaining a hands-on, "can do" approach to problem-solving.
