Salary: USD 155,400 - 242,850 / annual
ServiceNow seeks a Senior Safety & Security Manager to oversee physical security operations across the Americas region. This role owns the complete security posture at regional locations, from workforce management and vendor oversight to crisis planning and incident response.
Key responsibilities include:
• Manage physical security service providers and guard-force partners across the region, establishing clear KPIs and SLAs to drive service quality and efficiency.
• Own the regional risk profile and implement tailored mitigation measures aligned with ServiceNow's global risk framework.
• Develop, rehearse, and maintain regional security, crisis, and emergency response plans in partnership with the Business Continuity Management program office.
• Support first response to security and safety incidents, including CCTV review and documentation; coordinate with Global Investigations for formal investigations.
• Lead new building openings and site changes with risk assessments, design-drawing review, security-concept enablement, and vendor installation management.
• Manage regional security and safety programs including travel safety, on-site event support, emergency response, life safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) for monitoring, alarm response, and incident escalation.
• Drive adoption of physical security standards across corporate offices and critical locations; engage stakeholders early to embed security in facility design phases.
• Adapt security standards and design compensating controls to comply with local laws and regulations across Americas jurisdictions.
• Serve as regional subject-matter expert on physical security, consulting with Workplace, real estate, and other key stakeholders.
• Enforce budgetary compliance for security services and support regional program and cost planning.
• Act as liaison with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and professional security groups.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience managing physical security operations in a corporate environment.
• 7+ years in security management, with a major portion of that experience leading security programs.
• Demonstrable experience in corporate security management and managing large-scale projects with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience designing security for new buildings or facilities, including placement of access control, cameras, and visitor management systems.
• Experience managing service providers and guard-force partners to performance standards and KPIs.
• Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
