As Senior Recruiter for Go-To-Market functions, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams across US West and APAC regions. You'll manage candidate generation and development, partner closely with hiring managers and department heads, conduct interview process management, negotiate offers, and collaborate with HR on onboarding. The role requires navigating a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, compensation, and long-term passive candidate engagement.
Key responsibilities include: managing full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple client groups; developing end-to-end proactive sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines; building strong advisor relationships with hiring managers; partnering on offer terms and candidate negotiations; contributing to TA team efforts on processes and systems; and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring journey.
You'll need 8+ years of recruiting experience in technology companies, with the most recent 5 years focused on enterprise technology Sales and Solution Engineering hiring. A strong candidate network in cybersecurity is essential. Prior agency or startup experience is a plus. You should demonstrate a proven track record of hiring high-caliber talent, ability to build talent pipelines and long-term prospect relationships, comfort influencing leadership at all levels, and strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical proficiency with talent management tools and data hygiene is required.
