Snowflake is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex migration and implementation projects for enterprise customers. In this role, you will serve as the Project Lead for strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (Director and VP level). You will coordinate across multiple workstreams, manage fixed-fee scoped projects to on-time and on-budget delivery, and own the complete project lifecycle from planning through execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering complex data migration and cloud-based implementation projects for enterprise customers
- Owning project governance, budget reconciliation, and revenue tracking
- Leading data migration and code conversion efforts across technical workstreams
- Driving scope clarity and managing expectations with project teams and customer stakeholders
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, including adjacent workstream risks
- Serving as a trusted advisor to Director and VP-level customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful delivery
- Collaborating with Professional Services Practice Teams, Sales Account Teams, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing
- Championing customer outcomes and articulating project value through quantifiable metrics
- Driving customer satisfaction through surveys, renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities
- Staying current with AI and agentic technology as it relates to migration delivery
- Continuously improving program management methodology, processes, tools, and templates

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in a Project or Program Manager role (or similar capacity) managing complex, technical implementation and/or migration projects
- Recent, proven success delivering complex data-related and/or cloud-based migration projects for enterprise customers
- Direct experience serving as a trusted advisor to Director or VP-level stakeholders on technical delivery engagements
- Strong executive communication and relationship management skills across customer, partner, and internal teams
- Direct experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud field
- Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups (engineering, marketing, business development)
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate to both business and technical audiences, including senior-level stakeholders at large enterprises
- Bonus: Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Systems Administrator, or Technical Account Manager
