Chime is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy for its Trust & Safety portfolio. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, Lending, Trust & Safety.
You will own end-to-end go-to-market execution for Chime's Trust & Safety suite, from launch through iteration and scale. Your core responsibilities include developing clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that drives customer understanding and adoption of security and safety features. You'll establish best practices and frameworks for repeatable, high-quality product launches while driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Risk, Brand, Analytics, and Legal.
A key aspect of this role is translating complex security capabilities—features members rarely think about—into protections they understand, adopt, and value. You'll influence product strategy and roadmap through customer insights, market understanding, and competitive analysis. You'll own business outcomes by improving product adoption, engagement, and retention through data-informed marketing strategies.
The role sits at the intersection of growth and financial responsibility, requiring strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance business impact with member trust and regulatory considerations.
Required qualifications include 6–10+ years of product marketing experience with at least 3+ years in regulated financial services. You must have a proven track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy for products or features, strong grounding in product marketing fundamentals (audience insights, competitive intelligence, targeting, positioning, value propositions, messaging), and demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment. A strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact is essential.
