As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be the product champion, storyteller, and strategist at the intersection of customer insight, technology, and go-to-market execution. You'll drive awareness, adoption, and success of UpKeep's growing product portfolio with emphasis on AI-powered capabilities. Key responsibilities include: partnering with Product to shape go-to-market strategy and lead full-cycle launches for new features and products; developing differentiated positioning and messaging across personas, use cases, and verticals; owning creation of enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success (pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handlers, battlecards); collaborating with Demand Generation and Growth Marketing teams to inform campaign strategy; acting as voice of the customer by analyzing Gong calls, win/loss interviews, support tickets, and user research; monitoring competitive landscape and emerging trends; refining personas, use cases, and customer journeys; contributing to internal alignment through team enablement; leveraging AI tools to experiment and accelerate execution; and leading UpKeep's competitive intelligence program.
The ideal candidate is curious, agile, AI-savvy, and excited to move fast in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles with an expectation to be in office three days per week. The company operates a remote-first culture with 100+ employees globally and deep investment in the LA headquarters for rapid innovation.
