Redis is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the narrative around its evolution from a caching layer to a real-time data platform powering production AI applications, fraud detection, personalization, and latency-sensitive workloads. In this role, you will partner directly with Product, Engineering, and Sales to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new product launches and features. You'll be the point person for developing a strong point of view on what's being launched, from initial narrative through sales enablement and demand generation execution. Key responsibilities include: - Developing positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies for product launches and features - Creating content across the funnel: technical blogs, solution briefs, competitive comparisons, webinars, and launch assets that resonate with developers, architects, and technical decision-makers - Enabling the sales team through content creation, delivery, and continuous learning - Running market and customer research to sharpen ICP understanding and feed insights into positioning and product roadmap conversations - Partnering with cloud partners (AWS, GCP, Azure) on joint messaging, co-marketing assets, and go-to-market plays - Leveraging AI tools to scale efforts, learn faster, and communicate more effectively You bring 3–5+ years of product marketing experience at B2B SaaS companies, with demonstrated experience marketing developer-facing or data infrastructure products. You have strong content instincts and can write technical blogs that senior engineers will actually read. You understand what matters to technical audiences and can translate that into credible messaging. You have hands-on experience with positioning, launch planning, and cross-functional coordination. You're comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and have a bias toward action. Nice-to-have experience includes background in databases, data platforms, or AI infrastructure; experience with hyperscaler partner co-sell or co-marketing programs; familiarity with PLG and enterprise sales motions; experience building or using AI agents; and prior revenue support roles in sales, pre-sales, or customer success.
