Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy for financial services, a priority growth segment including banks, payments companies, fintechs, and other financial institutions. In this role, you will translate Chainalysis's blockchain analytics capabilities, AI-powered intelligence, and data products into compelling customer narratives and sales tools that resonate with compliance officers, risk leaders, and financial-crime teams.
You will define and evolve the financial services value narrative, building messaging for priority buyer personas across compliance, risk, anti-fraud, investigations, and business leadership. You'll create positioning, proof points, and strategic assets that help the sales team communicate differentiated value with conviction. You'll own competitive intelligence for the financial services segment, translating market moves into offensive and defensive positioning.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Product, R&D, and subject-matter experts to translate innovation into compelling industry solutions and use cases. You'll lead go-to-market planning for launches, major releases, and commercial offerings. You'll shape customer-facing narratives for pricing, packaging, and commercial models, including business cases and ROI stories. You'll produce strategic content including first-call decks, solution briefs, talk tracks, discovery frameworks, and sales plays. You'll partner with GTM teams to scale narratives into field tools and enablement, and bring customer, field, and competitive insights back into positioning work.
Required: 5–8 years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing, with experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated industries. Demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging that changes how customers see problems. Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys in regulated, risk-sensitive environments. Ability to connect technical capabilities to business value for executives and hands-on users. Collaborative self-starter comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work independently.
Nice to have: Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto infrastructure. Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk/compliance technology. Familiarity with consumption-based pricing. Experience at data, intelligence, security, or enterprise-software companies serving financial institutions.
You'll thrive if you can shape complexity into memorable stories and actionable sales conversations, write with precision, bring sound judgment to ambiguous problems, and care about quality. AI fluency is expected—you'll be expected to develop your own AI capabilities, bring ideas, and collaborate to reinvent how work gets done.
