Twilio is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Demand Creation Hub, reporting to the Digital Marketing Director of APJ (Asia-Pacific & Japan). This role is central to driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration for Twilio's Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) portfolio across the Asia-Pacific region.
You will design and execute a comprehensive digital strategy focused on building pipelines through both direct sales and self-serve channels. Working collaboratively with Campaign Management, Product Marketing, and Sub-Regional Field Marketing teams, you'll orchestrate an effective mix of digital channels to amplify regional and global campaigns, generate quality demand, and drive customer engagement and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing digital strategy in collaboration with campaign teams, translating global and regional campaigns into targeted initiatives for specific markets and audiences. Partner with field marketing to understand sub-regional needs and provide strategic digital guidance and tactical support across all digital channels. Design and activate account-based marketing campaigns supporting customer lifecycle and retention.
• Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns spanning search, display, paid social, email, programmatic advertising, and SEO.
• Driving channel optimization strategies to maintain efficiency, scalability, and establish best practices. Create structured documentation and processes to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Managing project priorities effectively to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitoring digital marketing trends across the APJ region and identifying fresh ideas to test and scale.
• Analyzing performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, engagement) using tools like GA-4, Salesforce, Tableau, and Looker. Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that inform strategic decisions and enable continuous campaign optimization with actionable insights.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5–8 years of proven digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B or technology sectors across Asia-Pacific. Strong understanding of digital channels and tools including SEM, SEO, paid media, social, email, programmatic platforms, 6Sense, Demandbase, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with analytics and CRM/marketing automation platforms such as GA-4, Marketo, and Salesforce. Excellent project management skills and strong communication abilities.
