Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own market positioning and go-to-market strategy for financial services—a priority growth segment including banks, payments companies, fintechs, and other financial institutions navigating digital-asset integration, regulatory obligations, and financial-crime risks. In this role, you will translate Chainalysis's blockchain analytics capabilities, data intelligence, AI-powered products, and services into compelling customer narratives and strategic assets that resonate with compliance officers, risk leaders, anti-fraud teams, and business executives. You'll define and evolve the financial-services value story, build differentiated messaging for priority buyer personas, and create proof points and positioning that help the sales team win with conviction. Key responsibilities include: developing financial-services competitive intelligence and translating market moves into offensive/defensive positioning; partnering with Product, R&D, and subject-matter experts to translate innovation into industry solutions and sales plays; leading go-to-market planning for launches and major releases; shaping customer-facing narratives around pricing, packaging, and commercial models; and producing strategic content (first-call decks, solution briefs, talk tracks, sales plays) that moves opportunities forward. You'll bring customer and field insights back into positioning work, building repeatable use cases and scaling narratives into field enablement. You bring 5–8 years of product, solutions, or B2B enterprise technology marketing experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated industries. You're an exceptional writer with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value for both executives and hands-on users. You understand enterprise buying journeys in risk-sensitive environments and can shape ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work independently. Nice-to-haves include blockchain/crypto experience, AI-product marketing background, and familiarity with consumption-based pricing models. Chainalysis emphasizes AI fluency as core to how the company operates and measures performance. You're expected to develop your own AI capabilities, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent workflows—using AI not to do less, but to enable what was never possible before.
