Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency combining tech expertise, creative talent, and data specialists to drive client growth. As SEO Manager, you'll lead organic search strategies within the Earned Media team, reporting to the SEO Director.
Key responsibilities include developing data-driven SEO strategies tailored to client objectives, conducting comprehensive technical SEO audits to resolve site architecture and performance issues, and optimizing onsite content for search intent and best practices. You'll design and implement white-hat link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and rankings, leveraging SEO research, competitor analysis, and market trends to refine strategies continuously.
You'll analyze performance data and deliver insights-driven reports that connect metrics to actionable next steps. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Social, Content, Paid Media, Display, Creative, Development, and UX teams to integrate SEO into broader marketing campaigns. You'll also partner with Client Services and Project Management to ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule, and position yourself as a subject matter expert in internal and client-facing meetings.
Required qualifications: 3+ years managing website architecture, indexing, crawling, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site performance. Proficiency with Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, BuzzSumo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and/or Google Tag Manager. Strong keyword research, content optimization, and SEO data analysis skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, troubleshoot SEO challenges, and adapt to algorithm changes.
