This Senior Product Marketing Manager role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales enablement and learner platform experience. You will lead go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and narrative launches, guiding cross-functional teams toward shared objectives. Key responsibilities include crafting sales narratives and launch assets, building segment-focused sales playbooks, and establishing feedback loops between sales and product teams.
You will own competitive landscape analysis, become an expert on market trends, and help shape the product roadmap. Messaging and positioning are critical—you'll create structured statements that resonate with both enterprise partners and learners, while organizing internal communications for company-wide alignment. Success metrics and performance analysis will inform your GTM refinements and stakeholder reporting.
Cross-functional partnership is essential: you'll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align teams, deliver effective launches, and maintain trust with high-expectation stakeholders. You'll champion the voice of the customer in product and commercial decisions through research, feedback, and market analysis.
You bring 5+ years of product marketing experience with a proven track record at hyper-growth companies. You're a proactive communicator who adapts to changing priorities, balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and thrives with high-expectation stakeholders. You're confident using AI to improve work quality and speed, and you excel at building workflows from ambiguous briefs into clear plans with defined success metrics.
