Super Dispatch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Platform & Integrations team, owning the product strategy and roadmap for the public API and third-party integration ecosystem that powers the company's Carrier, Shipper, and Broker product experiences. In this role, you will own the complete product strategy for Platform & Integrations, including the public API, third-party integration ecosystem, and design system. Key responsibilities include defining and evolving the Public API Update and Change Management Policy to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption to customers and partners. You'll collaborate with external partners and integration providers to identify and prioritize new connections, work closely with engineering and design to execute the platform vision, and define metrics around platform health, adoption, and API usage. You'll also own the design system and UX information architecture across Super Dispatch's products, partnering with the Design Council to maintain consistency as the platform scales. This includes setting direction for design system architecture and resolving trade-offs between platform-level consistency and individual team needs. Regular communication with executive leadership on roadmap progress, learnings, and challenges is essential. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with a background building and scaling public APIs, developer platforms, or partner and integration ecosystems. You should have strong technical fluency and the ability to work credibly with engineers on API design and architecture decisions. Experience standing up new teams and shaping processes as engineering is staffed is valuable. You thrive in metrics-driven, experimentation-focused organizations and excel at cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams in different time zones (US, Europe, Central Asia). You're an analytical problem-solver who can structure data, navigate ambiguity, and draw actionable insights. You balance big-picture strategy with detailed execution, adjust quickly to changing priorities, and deliver results with limited resources. Background in transportation/logistics, B2B, or marketplace products is a bonus. The role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and is based in the United States.
